Alannah L. Jensen
Alannah obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) in Common Law and a Juris Indigenarum Doctor (JID) in Indigenous Legal Orders at the University of Victoria. During her law degrees, she completed two field schools, one with Pehdzeh Ki First Nation in Wrigley, Northwest Territories and the other with Cowchian Tribes adjacent to Duncan, British Columbia. Prior to attending law school, she graduated, with Great Distinction, from the University of Lethbridge with a Bachelor of Management and a minor in First Nations’ Governance. She also completed with Distinction a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Calgary.
Alannah played four years of university hockey. She enjoys running, hot yoga, playing the piano, and traveling. Alannah is fluent in both French and English.
